I'm an engineering leader based in Melbourne with 15+ years building B2C and B2B products. I currently lead engineering at CBUS Super, running two teams that ship the web and mobile experiences used by Australia's construction and building industry super members. Before that I spent nearly a decade at Australia Post, where I led platform teams, ran the Generative AI community of practice, and rolled out GitHub Copilot to 300+ developers.
I care about the boring parts of software that make products durable — resiliency, serverless cost models, security audits, stakeholder management — and the new parts that make them sharper, which lately means LLM tooling in the engineering workflow.
